We do not collect payment card numbers, bank account credentials, government IDs, or any other sensitive financial identifiers.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a hosted database platform built on PostgreSQL. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using industry-standard encryption.

Access to your company's data is strictly controlled through Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Row-Level Security (RLS) policies. Only members of your organization can access your company's financial records.

While we implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal data with third parties except:

• Supabase — our database and authentication provider, acting as a data processor under our instructions
• Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or governmental authority
• Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.
